Description
The HTS-2/M/ZIRKON-120 is a sintering furnace with a lift door, capable of accommodating up to two stacked sintering trays with a diameter of Ø 120 mm and a height of 30 mm. The heating system, equipped with four high-quality molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) heating elements, enables both conventional long-term sintering and SPEED sintering with a maximum heating rate of 120°C/min. The maximum sintering temperature is 1650°C.
All sintering programs can be programmed with up to 9 finely adjustable stages. Additionally, the furnace offers specialized program features such as linear cooling, pre-drying, ventilated heating, and speed cooling. A total of 30 sintering programs are stored in 4 program groups, each with predefined parameters.
The HTS-2/M/ZIRKON-120 is programmed and operated via an intuitive interface. Program data and device status are displayed on a 4-line LCD screen. An integrated timer function allows sintering processes to run automatically. Three preset service programs assist with the maintenance and cleaning of the heating system and sintering accessories.
