Flex License
The Flex License is a subscription-based model with various benefits, such as a low initial cost and flexible activation/ deactivation of modules. Regular upgrades are included in the price. The Flex License is the right choice for those who like to play it safe.
Perpetual License
The Perpetual License is a permanent license that is valid indefinitely. With an optional upgrade contract, you can benefit from continuous improvements and ensure your software is always up to date. In addition, you can also activate add-on modules (at additional cost) and access dentalshare free of charge. You can cancel the upgrade contract at any time without incurring additional cost and thus reduce your running cost. The Perpetual License ensures that you always have everything you need to work – regardless of your financial situation. This is the right license model if you prefer long-term planning security.

exocad virtual articulator
The exocad virtual articulator enables dynamic occlusion to be taken into account when creating any restorations with occlusion.
With the help of a scanner that also supports virtual articulation, the positioning of plaster models in the physical articulator can be precisely transferred to the software. In this way, you can easily achieve results that are individually tailored to your patients. Parameters such as condyle angle, Bennett angle and lateral displacement can be set like in a physical articulator.
In combination with the Jaw Motion Import module, additional parameters can be imported from jaw registration systems.
exocad provisional module
Design of individual temporary solutions.
With the help of the eggshell technique, you can fabricate individual temporary crowns and bridges before the respective patient appointment.
With the exocad provisional module, you can create temporary solutions based on scans of the preoperative situation. Alternatively, you can use the tooth libraries to create temporary crowns or bridges.
You can then make fine adjustments using an extensive range of freeform tools. New tooth morphologies can be clinically evaluated within the exocad provisional module; in this way you contribute to shortening the treatment time.
Exocad TruSmile Module
Only available for dongles registered to Bristol CadCam (transfer possible), and dongle must have an active contract.
exocad tooth library ZRS module
DentalCAD is already delivered with numerous tooth libraries. An additional extensive tooth library of beautiful natural teeth is available as the exocad tooth library ZRS module.
With the purchase of this module you receive 61 sets of upper anterior teeth, 19 sets of lower anterior teeth, 19 sets of upper posterior teeth and 19 sets of lower posterior teeth.
With its extensive tooth libraries, the add-on module is the perfect basis for aesthetic restorations. For maximum flexibility, you can easily and individually adjust all predefined teeth. All tooth shapes contained are fully anatomical and reproduced using natural morphologies for optimal results.
exocad Implant Module
Design of implant-based restorations
With the implant module for DentalCAD you can create screw-retained crowns and bridges as well as individual abutments. It is also possible to design abutments and superstructures in a single CAD session. Angled screw channels are also supported.
With the implant module you always have the choice! Decide for yourself whether you want to send your data to an external milling center or produce it on site. The add-on module supports a large number of in-house milling systems. In addition, data generated by exocad is accepted by all leading milling centers.
Time-saving and easy to use
Design individual abutments quickly and easily with the exocad implant module. The design of screw-retained crowns, copings and bridges is also easy and efficient.

Flexible design of bars
The bar module from exocad enables the quick and easy production of standard bars as well as advanced and complex bars.
The bar is designed within our bar module, taking fully anatomical restorations into account. Attachments or retentions can be added as needed. In addition, cylindrical holes or even arbitrary geometries can be cut out in order to screw or glue prefabricated attachments onto the bar. A comprehensive library of predefined and editable bars enables you to efficiently meet your customer’s expectations. With the help of the diverse and well thought-out design options of the bar module, even complex bar constructions can be designed for demanding cases that offer the patient maximum comfort.

Visualisation of voxel data during the design process
The DentalCAD platform optionally contains the exocad DICOM Viewer module *, which enables the visualization of voxel data from CT devices during the planning of dental restorations.
You will be amazed at the speed with which large CBCT files and complex cases are processed. Optimized algorithms for data processing and fast rendering allow DICOM data to be loaded and visualized with the exocad DICOM Viewer module at maximum speed.

Manufacture of physical models from digital impression scans
The exocad Model Creator module supports you in the production of physical models from intraoral or impression scans.
Create both models with removable segments (using prefabricated bases) and monolithic models in which either only the prepared die part is removable or a separate test die is available.
In combination with our implant module, you can use the Model Creator to create models with laboratory analogues and removable gingiva.

In-CAD smile creator
With the exocad smile creator module, the innovative in-CAD solution for smile design, there are no limits to predictable aesthetic planning. Integrated into the DentalCAD platform, Smile Creator can reliably create prosthetic and aesthetic designs thanks to innovative 2D / 3D technology.
Using patient photos, contours and 3D situations, the aesthetic relationships between the patient’s teeth, smile and face can be assessed. Patient photos are automatically converted into 3D objects that can be merged with the 3D scans of the teeth. On this basis, dental technicians and dentists can plan an optimal restoration. This not only improves control over the result, it also improves communication between dental laboratories, dentists and patients.

The perfect basis for creating prostheses
With the exocad smile creator module, you benefit from an ideal tooth set-up in 3D and thus lay the perfect basis for the subsequent creation of dentures in DentalCAD and implant planning in exoplan. Wax-up models (mock-ups) can also be implemented with exocad’s Model Creator.
Mandatory combination product
Smile Creator only works in combination with TruSmile. As such, TruSmile must be purchased alongside this module in order to function.

The exocad Full Denture Module offers a guided workflow for the design of full dentures with high aesthetic standards.
After performing a digital model analysis, the software automatically suggests a suitable tooth set-up based on the results and guides you through the further design steps.
The software supports a wide variety of production processes, for example milling in two stages, 3D printing of the denture base and teeth or monolithic printing of dentures (e.g. for try-ins).

With the exocad PartialCAD module, exocad provides a digital solution for the design of high-quality model cast prostheses.
Use innovative design and customization features for meshes, main connectors, brackets, under-tabs and end lines. Enjoy maximum design freedom thanks to the extensive functions of PartialCAD for l-brackets, design of pins with retention and automatic relief for an optimal fit. With this add-on module from exocad, you can combine model casts with crown and bridge design elements and create support bars for printing. You can also add individual logos and texts to model cast prostheses.

Design of occlusal splints
With the exocad occlusal splint module, therapeutic occlusal splints can be designed quickly in just a few steps.
Thanks to easy-to-use tools for customization and the intuitive workflow that guides you through the design process, the production of occlusal splints is efficient and profitable.
The extensive functions of the add-on module enable you to virtually adjust the occlusion and eliminate unwanted disturbances. You can also individually smooth the surface of your occlusal splint and shape it or, optionally, activate the automatic flattening of the splint chewing surface in the posterior region. Increase patient satisfaction and brand identification of your design by e.g. B. Include your logo or patient name in the design.
For optimal results, we recommend using the occlusal splint module in combination with the Virtual Articulator.

Import of measurement data from jaw registration systems
The exocad Jaw Motion Import module enables the import of measurement data of the jaw movement from jaw registration systems
such as the JMA system from Zebris.
The import module works in combination with the virtual articulator.
Experts can also combine the module with the Model Creator to create innovative, semi-dynamic physical models.
