Niall has been great with the technical support with the Medit Scanner. Always at the end of the phone whenever our practice needed him. Many other companies also sell this scanner but the aftercare and training is just as important to gain the most out of it.

My experience was fantastic, I had many doubts with my Medit i700 but they always found a solution to solve them. If you want to get performance out of Medit, they are the best trainers. Highly recommended company.

These guys are absolutely brilliant! I just phoned up with an enquiry and within minutes they sorted it out for me!! Absolutely amazing! I've been using their Zirconia blocks for a while, great product at a great price, but these chaps are way more than just a supply company, their product knowledge is awesome.... I got into CAD CAM 6 years ago mistakenly with Amann Girrbach whilst the product itself is very good their support is very patchy at best...... I wish I could have started my digital journey with Bristol Cad Cam I would be so much further by now Thank you for your help very much appreciated

Never any issues when I order, with goods always arriving promptly What I really like is they are large enough company to be able to handle all my orders but also still very personable as either Niall or Jamie are always available by phone. A big thank you to these guys who got me out of a hole when I had been badly let down and left without support from another company . With Jamie’s help we quickly moved from a poorly medit 500 to a sparkling 700 . Nat came down and installed it , spent a lot of time and trouble with us making sure everything was working , and Jamie and his team helped us reset our furnace . I’d made the mistake of buying equipment from a major company just prepandemic , I didn’t know Bristol cadcam then . My recommendation to anybody thinking going digital is first of all do it . Second get all your equipment from one supplier . Third choose a supplier based in UK who will give you proper back up .Fourth , on that basis choose Bristol CADCAM . These guys/gals will save you a mountain of heartache and distress !!!!
