This lift-bottom vacuum furnace with a maximum temperature of 1200 °C is ideally suited for firing of ceramic veneers under normal atmosphere or vacuum.
During the furnace development we have collaborated with a team of specialized, very experienced dental technicians. Besides the furnaces themselves we put a high focus on the operator interface. For the demanding program input of the firing and pressing process, our new controller D580 was developed. It combines very intuitive operation and extremely precise furnace control.
The D 580 is equipped with a large, coloured touch screen for visualization and data input. Programs can be displayed graphically and in tabular form. The new program sequence assistant as one module in the D 580 which is unique to the market. Complex firing programs sometimes require multi-sequence programs between the different veneering steps. The assistant reminds the operator of the last sequence to continue his firing works at the right position.
The 3rd highlight of our new development is our new Nabertherm Download Portal. The free of charge download portal for all common manufacturer‘s programs enables a quick and easy download by using a USB stick. The desired programs can be loaded into the controller D 580 in a matter of seconds. No registration is necessary.
Last but not least, the furnace can be monitored with our practical, free of charge MyNabertherm App on mobile devices (IOS or Android).
