Replacement ZS-4D Roland spindle unit for Roland DG Shape DWX 51, 52 and 52DCi.  The spindle in the DWX Dry series is rated for 2000 hours use. However we often see users exceeding more than double this.

Are you experiencing poor milling results which can not be resolved by calibration and/or new milling tools? Then it may be that your spindle has reached the end of it’s life.  In this instance, please call us for support first.

Once a spindle has been identified as needing replacement it is an easy task for the user to replace themselves with little or any support.  Fitting the ZS-4D Roland spindle unit should take less than 30 minutes.
