Adam Norman delivers our hands on course where he will share with you the basic functions of Exocad Digital Denture Module including Full and Partial Dentures. This Course is aimed at Technicians who have no previous CAD experience, and wish to learn how to get started with designing dentures digitally.
We will cover the basic functions and tools in Exocad software. Demonstrate how to use different areas of the software to design prosthetic restorations digitally. Working on your own laptop, you will learn new skills on how to use the Exocad software. The expert tuition delivered on this course will ensure you can return to your lab or surgery and be able to practice digital denture designs in Exocad.

This CPD Course meets the criteria for the GDC’s development outcome C, Maintenance and development of knowledge and skill within your field of practice.
– Understand the benefits of digital dentures and the clinical workflow
– Navigate the Exocad interface confidently
– Set up jobs and understand the Exocad Dental DB
– Import scans and identify common scan issues
– Design a simple digital partial and full denture using Exocad
– Navigate and operate effectively in a 3D workspace
– Utilise core design tools and understand their functions
– Create basic models and prepare files for 3D printing
Adam is a qualified Dental Technician with experience in Prosthetics and Crown & Bridge, and specialises in Digital Denture workflows. He works as a Digital Trainer for the ALS Academy, supporting technicians and clinicians across the group. For the past three years, Adam has delivered digital denture training through the ALS Academy and Bristol CADCAM, providing courses on Exocad , along with hands-on customer training in scanning and clinical workflows.
