Called to ask for some technical advice regarding a Medit scanner. Was lucky to speak to Joe, who helped me a lot with advice, suggestions and troubleshooting. Was a very pleasant experience, I am glad that I got help from Bristol CAD CAM. Thanks a lot!

Had Tom out to demonstrate our new Medit scanner and couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, his communication was clear, professional, and genuinely helpful. He gave a thorough demonstration that showcased the scanner’s full capabilities, answering every question we had. He even stayed on to ensure every member of our team was comfortable using the equipment and had the support they needed. Even after the training, Tom has continued to be supportive, answering all our questions and making sure we feel confident using the scanner day to day. A fantastic experience all round, and a great introduction to the Medit system.

We invited Bristol CadCam to our practice in Winchester for a demo of the Medit i900. Tom provided a fun and informative hands-on scanning session along with a thorough walkthrough of the Medit software. He was also able to diagnose an issue with one of our existing scanners. The support is much appreciated.

I would highly recommend Bristol CadCam. I ordered a Medit i700w, Craig Evans was my first point of contact has been great with communication from the outset, the scanner arrived followed closely by Craig who did a starter training session with my staff so they could get to grips with the new scanner. Ongoing support has been organised and I am looking forward to utilising the scanner and calling upon Craig and his team to help us with any support we need going forward! Thanks!

Had my first scanner delivered today by Tom Mitchell (after getting really good deal at the Dental Conference!) 3 really great hours training up the team. After Tom left I scanned my first patient. Messed up occlusion a bit, called software support and a very helpful guy (sorry didn't catch your name) talked me through correcting it. Thank you to you both. Would highly recommend

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jo on the support team. Helped when I had a problem with my scanner software and quickly sorted out the problem. I thought I’d lost a scan I’d just done, and the data was recovered successfully. Love my Medit i700 scanner too

I have purchased a Roland Mill from Bristol CAD/CAM and couldn't have been more satisfied with the support. Niall, Jamie, Ben and the whole team have been responding to my queries very promptly. Bought 2 medits a couple of years ago from Bristol CADCAM. Niall is awesome and is always happy to help out with info or remote log in. His training as part of buying a medit was excellent and overall he’s a top bloke. Highly recommend!

We recently purchased a Rowland/DG Shape milling machine from Bristol CAD/CAM. Jamie was amazing at catering specifically to our needs. Tom did a fabulous job with our install & training session. They come highly recommended by the team at Bespoke Dental Ceramics in Tickhill, Doncaster!

Niall at Bristol CADCAM is always responsive offers quick support. We had an issue with our Medit i700 which was ongoing for several weeks. After it being couriered back and forth he came to the practice himself to ensure it would get working again.

My experience was fantastic, I had many doubts with my Medit i700 but they always found a solution to solve them. If you want to get performance out of Medit, they are the best trainers. Highly recommended company.

These guys are absolutely brilliant! I just phoned up with an enquiry and within minutes they sorted it out for me!! Absolutely amazing! I've been using their Zirconia blocks for a while, great product at a great price, but these chaps are way more than just a supply company, their product knowledge is awesome.... I got into CAD CAM 6 years ago mistakenly with Amann Girrbach whilst the product itself is very good their support is very patchy at best...... I wish I could have started my digital journey with Bristol Cad Cam I would be so much further by now Thank you for your help very much appreciated
