The HT-2/M/ZIRKON-120 is a sintering furnace with a lift door, capable of accommodating up to three stacked sintering trays with a diameter of Ø 120 mm and a height of 30 mm. The heating system, featuring six high-quality molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) heating elements, allows for both conventional long-term sintering and SPEED sintering within just 76 minutes. The maximum heating rate is 99°C/min, with a maximum sintering temperature of 1650°C.
The HT-2/M/ZIRKON-120 is programmed and operated via an intuitive interface. Up to 30 programs can be stored. The program data and device status are displayed on a 4-line LCD screen. An integrated timer function allows sintering processes to run automatically. Three preset service programs assist with the maintenance and cleaning of the heating system and sintering accessories.
